Youth Esports League in Clearwater

Coached, team-based seasons in the games your kid already loves, built around teamwork, communication and confidence.

XP League Clearwater runs a real, coached esports league for kids and teens ages 7 to 17. Players are drafted onto teams, practice weekly with a coach, compete in scheduled matches, and finish the season in playoffs. It is competitive gaming with the structure of a youth sport, not just open screen time.

How a season works

Each season opens with a preseason week to place players by age and skill, then runs several weeks of coached practices and real matches, and ends in playoffs. Our summer league plays Fortnite on Mondays, Rocket League on Wednesdays, Minecraft Bed Wars on Thursdays, and Roblox on Wednesdays, plus Saturday open play where kids can drop in and play any game. Players are grouped into age-appropriate divisions so younger kids are never matched into mature titles.

More than gaming

Every practice is run by a coach who works on communication, sportsmanship, and teamwork, the same soft skills kids build in traditional sports. Our Minecraft Bed Wars team placed 11th in the country at Nationals in Orlando this year, beating five top-ranked teams, so there is a real competitive ceiling for players who want it.
